Can I Change My Order Once It's Placed? 

We cannot guarantee the cancellation of any order once the order has been placed. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. However, if your order is not yet shipped out, feel free to contact us and we will happily cancel your previous order, so that you can reorder the correct item. 

I Forgot To Use My Promo Code

Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to leaving our facility. Please ensure all your information is inputted and correct before submitting your order, including your discount code. If your order is not yet shipped out, contact us and we will happily cancel your previous order, so that you can reorder with the discount code applied.

How Do I Use A Promo Code? 

During checkout, there is a promo code field. Enter the promo code there and the discount will be applied to the items in your cart. 

How Do I Know That My Information Is Secure On This Site?

The protection of your information is a priority at Narayana Apparel. When entering personal information such as your credit card, name, and address, you will see an unbroken key or a closed lock, depending on your browser, near the web address bar meaning that the page and your information is secure. We also use industry standard encryption technologies for the overall security of transferring and receiving data from our site.

We offer standard shipping on all orders.

Where Do You Ship?

We ship to all states in the USA. We also ship internationally.

I'm an International Customer. Does The Price Include Customs Fees/Import Taxes?

The order price you paid us only covers the cost of shipping the product to you. Some countries charge an import tax upon any purchase you make that comes in from a different country. You can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

PRODUCTS

 The Item/Size That I Want Is Out of Stock. When Will It Be Available Again? 

Due to the high demand of our popular styles and sizes, they do tend to sell out quickly. Please check within 1-4 business days for your product to be available. If it is still not available, please contact us via email and notify us what product item is not available at the moment. 

I Was Shipped The Wrong Product.

We are sorry for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at narayanapparel@gmail.com to notify us of the mix up. Please make sure to specify the original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. We will then send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item.

 RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 What If My Items Are Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect?

If you have received damaged, defective, or an incorrect item, contact us via email or phone and we will do our best to correct the issue. 

What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?

Unfortunately, we do not return or exchange any item once it is shipped out of our warehouse. If you have further questions, please feel free to email.

Do You Have Any Store Locations?

We do not have any store locations at this time.

Do You Sell Gift Cards?

Currently, Narayana does not sell gift cards. We will however be selling gift cards in the future.

Models?

Narayana is always looking for new men and women to grace our social media, catalogues, and website. If you reside in the US and are 16 years of age or older, you may submit your picture to be cast as a Narayana Apparel model. Just post a picture of yourself on Instagram with #narayanamodels or you can email us a file of your picture along with your state of residence and we will get back to you!
